AKASHIC RECORD – These records (akasha is a Sanskrit word meaning “sky”, “space” or “aether”) is a term used in theosophy (and Anthroposophy) to describe a compendium of mystical knowledge encoded in a non-physical plane of existence. These records are described as containing all knowledge of human experience and the history of the cosmos. They are metaphorically described as a library; other analogies commonly found in discourse on the subject include a “universal supercomputer” and the “Mind of God”. People who describe the records assert that they are constantly updated automatically and that they can be accessed through astral projection or when someone is placed under deep hypnosis.
ANGELS – Winged highly evolved beings who watch over and assist those in 3rd dimensional Earth.
ASCENDED MASTERS – The Ascended Masters are individuals who were once embodied on earth and learned the lessons of life in their embodiments. They transcended human limitations and ascended into higher realms. They gained mastery over the limitations of the matter planes, balanced at least 51% of negative karma, and fulfilled their dharma (Divine Plan). An Ascended Being has become a source of unconditional love to all life, and through the ascension has united with his or her own God self, the “I AM” Presence. Ascended Masters serve as the teachers of mankind from the realms of spirit. The Divine Plan is for all people to eventually attain the ascension and move forward in spiritual evolution beyond this dimension.
An ascended master is a great healer, teacher or prophet who walked the Earth and who is now in the non-physical realm, helping us from beyond. Ascended masters come from all religions and cultures, both ancient and modern.
ASCENSION – Transformation of a being embodied in Earth’s 3rd dimension raising vibratory frequency enough to move into 5th dimension or higher, leaving behind all lower vibrations of emotions such as fear, anger, sadness and disempowerment.
AURA – an aura is a field of subtle, luminescence surrounding a person or object (like the halo in religious art). The depiction of such an aura often connotes a person of particular power or holiness. Sometimes, however, it is said that all living things (including humans) and all objects manifest such an aura. Often it is held to be perceptible, whether spontaneously or with practice: such perception is at times linked with the third eye.
AYURVA – A powerful, comprehensive natural healing system that originated in India 5,000 years ago. It is considered a mind/body form of medicine.
CHAKRAS – Human beings have seven energy centers that serve as junction points between the body and consciousness, or between matter and the mind. These spinning vortices, called chakras, receive, assimilate and express our life energy. When the flow of energy in one or more of the chakras becomes blocked, we may develop physical and mental illnesses.

In this case, the giver holds the receiver in his or her awareness for a few minutes and allows the Deeksha to flow. Deeksha unfolds differently in every individual as it depends on what the receiver may need it most.
EFT – Emotional Freedom Techniques is a form of counseling intervention that draws on various theories of alternative medicine including acupuncture, neuro-linguistic programming and Thought Field Therapy. During an EFT session, the client will focus on a specific issue while tapping on hypothesized acupuncture points.
ENLIGHTENMENT – In Hindu philosophy and other eastern teachings, enlightenment is the ultimate goal of spiritual transformation. It’s the realization that our true Self is pure spirit, created from the infinite field of intelligence that gives rise to every creation in the universe. At the moment of enlightenment, we realize that we’re not isolated and separate, but completely connected to everyone and everything. This is the birth of unity consciousness.
Those who have attained enlightenment lose all sense of fear and worry. They’re no longer bothered by mundane matters and see the incredible potential available in each moment. They understand the way life works and the design of the infinite field that orchestrates the flow of energy, information and the countless intricate processes unfolding in every second. Recognizing that they’re an inseparable part of spirit or God, enlightened beings are lighthearted and joyful.

MEDITATION – For thousands of years, people have used meditation to move beyond mental and emotional turbulence into profound peace and expanded awareness. As scientific research reveals, when you meditate, your breathing slows, your blood pressure decreases, and your stress hormone levels fall. Even as your body is resting deeply in meditation, your mind is awake, though quiet. The term restful awareness captures the unique combination of physical relaxation and an alert yet calm mind.
The most important benefit of meditation is how it affects your daily life. When you end your meditation session, you take some of the stillness and calm with you as you move through your day. Therefore all of your thoughts, actions, and reactions are infused with a little more love and mindful attention. The result is a deeper appreciation and a profound awareness of the divine quality of existence.
MUDRAS – The fingers of the hand represent the five basic elements that make up the human body: air, wind, fire, mud, and water. By positioning the fingers during meditation in various postures, known as mudras, we can regulate the flow of the vital elements in the body, promoting health and mind-body balance. There are literally hundreds of different mudras.
REIKI – Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is a form of Japanese energy healing that allows for the practitioner to draw upon universal life force energy and channel it through their hands to the recipient through “hands on” or “hands hovering” over the body. It is a healing modality that helps balance the chakras and revitalize the physical body, by removing energy blockages that can cause illness. Reiki is complementary to professional medical care. It helps the receiver to realize their true essence of inner peace, balance & harmony, through which they can learn to heal their spiritual, physical and emotional selves. Reiki is said to be one of the most powerful of all healing modalities, yet the gentlest.
