Aluna Joy Yaxkin: June’s Transformational Eclipse Cycle
I expect by now that you are feeling the full onslaught of the effects from the June Solar/Lunar eclipse and solar flare, Summer Solstice (June 21st) gauntlet… Whew! It has been interesting to say the least. Just prior to the first eclipse, I had a powerful vision. I could see the great divine director a.k.a. the creative energy of the universe, begin to create new form! This new form was being created by OUR collective direction. We are the collective directors of a new world and dimension. The color and form was spectacular, and I watched it for quite a while. It was amazing and exquisite and raw and natural. I know this was the first step in physically manifesting our new world. So far the work we have done looks remarkable.
Because of natural cosmic law, we all create in the same way. First we conceive of an idea, and then we begin to dream or imagine it, and then we give it power. At this stage, our creation is present only in Spirit and not in the physical world. Sensitive ones might be able to see it and feel it at this point. It takes various lengths of time lines to manifest depending on our focus. Once enough cosmic juice, energy and time has been given to a dream, then it begins to manifest in the physical world. It begins to manifest in stages, bit by bit, step by step. We can create realities in various consciousness. We create for our individual selves, within our families units, cities, countries and the biggest collective is our entire global consciousness. We are now in the first steps of manifesting this new reality from the global consciousness.
During this eclipse gauntlet, it is becoming very apparent that there is a great chasm between our higher soul mind and our mechanical human mind. The clarity is becoming so distinct that we are able to be more clear about who we truly are. We are becoming very clear about who we are as a soul and not our human history. Yet we seem to still speculate how to merge this deep soul knowing with this new world that is immerging. Be patient. It will all come in divine time.
I feel that the eclipse gauntlet is all about helping . . . US to get HERE . . . all the way with nothing held back. This will of course be a personal choice for each one of us, if we plan to run the entire gauntlet of energy that is being presented to us. It will take courage and focus.
Amazing dreams! Pay attention. We are not only getting glimpses of the new world, but also the communities and social structures that will be there for us. Our soul families are beginning to gather in Spirit in this new immerging world. You will know these ones by a heart knowing. When you meet in the physical world, it will feel like you have simply picked up where you left off. It will be an instant and deep connection.
Now on the human side of things . . . (Yes, we are still human after all.) This new energy triggered by the eclipses and being intensified by solar flares (www.spaceweather.com) are so heavy-duty that it nearly takes our breath away. These are pure transformational energies that we are dealing with now. Some might experience mild to severe panic attacks . . . along with feeling heavy in the heart area and feeling breathless. We might feel really heavy and tired. When we feel heavy it means we are climbing up! So don’t judge this time. We are transforming quickly. Un-diagnosable aches and pains can be felt as our body adapts to the transforming energies and the new creation being born within us. Remember to take time to rest. Take a bath, a walk, play some soothing music. I like “Liquid Mind”. Internal organs are getting a makeover too . . . like the kidneys, liver, gallbladder, heart and lungs etc…. Remember to eat well, even though you might want to reach for the comfort food that is not so good on your body. Take note to how you feel now because … we will not be the same by the end of the summer.
Remember to tell the universe each day that you are committed to moving forward in your transformation. This will take some action on your part. Spirit helps those who help themselves. Keep moving. Don’t freeze up . . . . It hurts more when you stand still.
We have been noticing that getting a good night’s sleep has been an issue. Many are tossing and turning and our beds have become a torture chamber. So Raphael took some action to tell the universe that we are committed to our transformation. Raphael smudged our house with sage infused with our sacred site essences. He smudged all the way around our house, and we began to sleep like babies again. We plan to do this every night for the entire eclipse gauntlet. If sage isn’t your thing, you can use copal, cedar, sweetgrass or other incenses. Using a rattle or blowing a conch shell can clear the energy of your home. Pay attention to the corners of each room.
Misting the inside of your house with a few drops of lavender, rosemary and eucalyptus oils in a spray bottle with some water will also clear your house of stuck energy. I learned this trick from a Maya Elder in Guatemala. All these oils and sage smudge sticks are available at most new age book stores and health food stores.
After you clear your house, don’t forget to clear yourself. A bath in sea salts, using a sauna or a sweat lodge helps clear our minds and bodies. Get a massage or other body work. Also don’t forget to takes essences that help ground and smooth out energies help. We mention a few that work for us down below. Someone told me that you have to swim a moat to get to the castle . . . . Well, I think we are swimming now, don’t you? I hope that our suggestions help you get to the other side of the moat quickly and to our new castle.

Solar Flares are on the Rise 
Our sun is presently in the midst of an active phase of its 11-year solar weather cycle. What this means is that the surface of the sun is erupting with sun-storms and solar flares. Eruptions on the sun’s surface can blast tons of plasma into space — sometimes right towards the Earth.
Over the last month the sun has been extremely active. There have been five major solar flares recorded since Feb 14, culminating in a massive flare that occurred on Wednesday, March 10th. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is predicting similar events for upcoming days.
What exactly is a Solar Flare?
A solar flare is a magnetic storm on the Sun which results in a gaseous surface eruption. In addition to releasing radiation, solar flares kick up massive eruptions of charged particles and magnetic plasma in what scientists call a coronal mass ejection. These tremendously hot, high-energy particles and gases are ejected thousands of miles from the surface of the Sun.
When aimed in Earth’s direction, strong solar flares can potentially disrupt satellites and power grids, as well as pose a hazard to astronauts on spacecraft. They can also spark dazzling shows of the northern lights, or aurora borealis.
Space weather trackers classify solar flares in three classes: C, M and X. The weakest types of solar flares are Class C storms, Class M tempests register as medium strength, but are still powerful, and the Class X storm is the most powerful type of flare.
Powerful Sun Storm
On Wednesday the sun erupted in a mega sun-storm which registered as a Class X1.5 event – representing one of the most powerful types of flares. The solar flare unleashed a wave of charged particles that is aimed straight at Earth and should arrive in the next few days.
When the wave arrives, it could supercharge the Earth’s aurora borealis when the particles interact with our planet’s magnetic field and atmosphere. This solar storm is so powerful it could spawn a show of dazzling northern lights activities that could potentially be seen across much of Canada and the uppermost states in the United States.
In the meantime, charged particles from a March 7th sun storm event should be reaching the Earth today (March 10).
How do Solar Flares affect us?
A recent study in the New Scientist magazine indicates a direct connection between the Sun’s solar storms and the human biological system. The conduit which steers Earth’s weather through the Magnetic Field on Earth is the same conduit that facilitates the influx of charged particles from the Sun through the magnetic (auric) field around the human body.
The increase in the frequency and amplitude of geomagnetic sun storms is causing large-scale planetary changes which include earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, tornadoes, and windstorms. There is also indication of human disturbance as result of the solar activity.
Geomagnetic Activity Influences Human Consciousness
Solar activity is known to influence human consciousness. Solar flares affect the Central Nervous System, all brain activity (including equilibrium), human behavior patterns, and all of our psycho-physiological (mental/emotional/physical) responses.
Symptomatically, solar flares can cause us to feel nervous, anxious, worried, jittery, dizzy, irritable, lethargic, exhausted, nauseous, and queasy. Some people may become unusually forgetful, and others may experience heart palpitations. People may also endure periods of prolonged head pressure and headaches.
Clearing Our Cellular Memories
The solar flares and photonic waves emanating from the sun are changing the fabric of our physical reality as they exert a powerful effect on our physical cellular level, causing our cellular memories to awaken and clear.
Unprocessed emotions from past traumas and experiences are stored in the form of low frequency energy as cellular memories. Photonic waves from the sun consist of higher frequency energy that serves to elevate the lower emotional frequency of our cellular memories.
As these cellular memories are re-calibrated to the higher frequency, we may find ourselves spontaneously releasing the lower emotions of sadness, anger, and grief, without knowing why. These sudden periods of ‘release’ may last up to twenty minutes, and may also include the sensation of the body heating up in the form of a “hot flash”. It may feel like a surge of unexpected feelings has surfaced from out of the blue, and have just as suddenly dissipated.
Awakening Our Soul Purpose
The elements of our Divine Blueprint are interwoven within our cellular memory. The recent infusion of photonic energies is amplifying our cellular memory, causing various elements of our Divine Blueprint to leak into our waking consciousness. As a result, many people are beginning to remember their Soul Purpose, and are suddenly driven to make changes in their lives to realign with a sense of higher purpose.
Instant Manifestation
Another ramification of the influx of photonic energy is that since it represents a higher frequency, it increases the power, speed, and manifestation capacity of our thoughts. We are quite literally able to exercise ‘instant manifestation’; whatever we think, we create instantly. We have never before experienced this heightened level of manifestation potential.
Photonic energy blends with the vibratory frequency our thoughts, so it is vitally important that we place our attention on what we want to create, rather than what we do not want to manifest in our lives. We will manifest rapidly in the direction of our thoughts, and it is up to us to decide where to direct our attention.
For those of us in the process of positive change and transformation, this energy is empowering and advantageous. On the other hand, those who are stuck in the past through victimization and anger will continue to manifest even more negativity, until they are ready to release the old way of ‘being’ and shift to a higher, more positive vibration.
The good news is that we have free will to decide how we choose to use this rich and accessible resource of electromagnetic energy.
Additional Affects of Recent Solar Flares
The increased frequency and intensity of solar flares is helping to break apart old patterns that are no longer needed so that new patterns can emerge. This is a dynamic and inevitable process of change that has caused many people to feel agitated and uncertain in recent months. Solar flares have also wreaked havoc on technological instruments such as computers.
As the increase in solar activity persists, new symptoms are emerging. Dimensions of time and space are beginning to ‘wobble’ erratically. Some people seem to be losing track of time, and/or they are losing words when speaking. For others, the day seems to simply disappear.
A number of people are having difficulty sleeping, tossing & turning in the night and often experiencing unusual dreams. Others report that when they close their eyes at night, the world around them spins.
Some of us are feeling huge power surges in our bodies; these surges are often followed by a drop in energy level. There are reports of nausea, body aches, pains, and dizziness. Some people are feeling a sense of overwhelming grief, while others are experiencing euphoria. There are reported cases of visual disturbances, inner ear issues, buzzing in ears, throat and thyroid issues, and cold feet.
What to do if you are sensitive to Solar Storm Activity
If you are experiencing any of the aforementioned effects, don’t worry– be happy! We are being offered a unique and powerful opportunity to consciously participate in the rapid advancement in our evolution as energetic beings. Our auric/energy systems are being re-calibrated to resonate at a much higher, finer frequency.
The more informed and aware we are of the changes taking place, the more empowered we are to embrace this process as a necessary step towards the betterment of our lives. We are growing in the direction of mental, emotional, and spiritual awakening, with the extraordinary help of the Sun!
On a practical, physical level, we can mitigate some of the more challenging effects of our energetic evolution by getting extra rest and drinking lots of water. For those who live near the ocean, a walk on the beach (or better yet, a swim!) will help to balance the incoming energies.
In the meantime, we can all fasten our seat-belts, and enjoy the ride!

Lauren Gonzo: The Paradigm of Purposeful Play
It’s been nearly a week since the first (solar) eclipse of the summer celestial sandwich and that means we are officially off and running….in circles. Well, spirals really. For the next few weeks we will be sprinting up the spiral staircase of (DNA) evolution at unprecedented rates, running toward the embodiment of our soulular self. And just like with any overexertion we can feel exhausted during these soul-jaunts, so as always its important to temper that annoying balance between what we want to be doing and what we actually feel capable of until our bodies catch up. !@#^%$
Speaking of which, I hope you took a deep breath whilst yer head was still above water because we are definitely going under again…deep see-diving into the depth of our core-self to make some final welds needed to fuse our two (polar) halves. And while my inner-petty Patty is dying to talk about the foreboding formerly associated with any eclipse, I will be all grownup instead and remind us all that the jolt of drama, dread and fear are never required for us to embrace change…that eclipses are powerful gifts of transformation and this one in particular can provide us with a thorough release from our past if we utilize our detached discipline to see everything that presents itself from a multi-dimensional, zoomed-out, and neutralized perspective.
And it will be well worth the effort because the unseens say that this solar/lunar support is the motor behind the release of our pain/fear body, the first phase of embodiment that they mentioned in the last update. In reality, those already focused in a fifth dimensional way have diffused so many internal (karmic) bombs, that even tho the buttons may remain, they are mostly duds. And if any buttons are still active, you will know before we complete this journey because they will all be tested…one by one…until we are reaction-less to all past wounds.
Navigating the Sandwich
“You are reclaiming each part of you that was separated or fragmented and now you are able to embody and reflect all of that inner radiance onto your outer world… in every sense of the word.” -Pleiadian High Council
The solar eclipse sandwich (lunar in the middle) is providing us with what the Pleiadian High Council refer to as “a fusion of lower body and higher body consciousness”…they also offer me an animated slideshow in my minds eye of our lower chakras (1, 2 & 3) merging with our higher chakras (5, 6, & 7) in the heart center (4) where we gain access to all 13 chakras of the new galactic-human system.
Thru this powerful portal of transformation we are exploring/purging the remaining polarity in our lives so that we can effectively utilize the masculine and feminine forces for the reunification of earth matter with etheric matter, as the Pleiadians mentioned in the last update. This merging of the spiritual and material…the awakening of unity consciousness…is happening through our heart centers as well as the pituitary/pineal glands so if you have been experiencing intense heartburn/nausea (heart opening), pineal/pituitary activation (sacred marriage) symptoms…vertigo, sleepiness, FATIGUE, disorientation, insomnia, deep sleeps, sinus issues, headaches, sore/itchy scalp, watery/red/itchy/burning eyes, changes in eyesight, etc…and/or digestion issues (root clearing/grounding/cellular detoxification), most likely it’s related.
They are also sharing that the level of our personal integration of these two bodies will be reflected to us in our outer world, thru our inner-capacity to remain in tact during this passage…in other words, we will know how integrated we are by our ability to forego the remains of any fleeting illusion in lieu of eternal love. Some things that may surface during this transit…especially around the Lunar (emotion) eclipse on 6/15…will be related to deep feelings of unworthiness…either from past wounds of childhood or from the collective experiences of our oversoul:
“We would also like to make it known that the parts of you that feel unworthy will be rising to the surface for release…take not these moments as replications of truth, but as serving contrast, a measurement of how far you have come in the reconnection of your god-self. These moments will be brief, but will reflect to you where you feel unloved, unaccepted, unworthy, unfulfilled, unappreciated, and so on…” -PHC
To utilize this eclipse period in a powerful way would be to embrace and love all of our loveless parts…because if we do, if we can accept and truly love all our uglies, we have the ability to really leave the past behind…to break free from the self-judgement and inner-criticism that keeps us small so that we can live and create with true emotional freedom.
The council also mentioned that some resistance with regard to fears of our power may bubble up to the surface this month. In the past, the expression of our greatness was either abused or detrimental to our collective well-being in some way…and even tho this is no longer a reality, we must first express these repressed fears so that we can heal (love) and release them, which will ultimately enable us to fully embrace our power as co-creators for the second half of this year.

Higher Purpose
Right now, things feel pretty eh and everyone around me seems drained. Even my flowers seem tired. During these integration periods when our energy is low, its pretty easy to tap into feeling frustrated, irritable, pent-up, annoyed and with a touch of cabin fever…especially here in the north where the increasing sunshine of the coming summer months seems to only illuminate more shadows…when a sunny day is just an obnoxious reminder of how little vitality is available to enjoy it. But I digress.
There is also a stillness in the air, a passionless-ness, especially with regard to our “purpose” or our contribution to this oceanic orb we call earth. Old projects may seem stale and played-out, new ones dull and uninspiring, and tho its all perfect, it’s still perplexing because the higher part of us (our future self) feels the pull of readiness…of right time/place to contribute something tangible…but our lower self is still crapped-out on the couch. In the bigger picture we are just merging with a greater expression of purpose.
The unseens note that a major aspect of this sandwich…and the reason why you may feel so disconnected…is to bring us into alignment with the full extent of our soul’s plan, which of course means that we must surrender any remaining ego-desires so that this plan can take hold without our (lower-mind) interference. This doesn’t necessarily mean that we will have to throw out or disregard those things that we have been working on/toward, we just need to give everything enough space to fall into its rightful place.
We have to be beat up enough willing to let our ideas around purpose breathe so that it can blossom into its full potential whether that be a purpose that aligns with a career or not. F L E X I B L E is the meat to this sandwich…which must be why Maroon 5′s Misery lyrics keep playing on repeat in my head: “So scared of breaking it, you won’t let it bend.” Speaking of Adam Levine…is anyone else digging “The Voice”? You don’t have to answer that.
The PHC is also making it clear that new opportunities are arriving and/or solidifying in the physical dimensions now….most are still swimming in the mental plane in the form of ideas, but are beginning to take hold in group collectives as we are drawn toward each other to co-create. These opportunities are not only the pillars for the new world systems…those new reality structures that solidify the foundation to the planets extreme earth makeover…but they will also serve as portals of abundance that so many of us require to move to the next level.
The key to these opportunities, they say, is in our willingness to recognize them as the gifts that they are, which mostly means letting go of what we thought we would be doing to allow for what we are really here to do. (HINT: these opportunities may be disguised as something that seems too effortless, too simple, too much fun to be of value…so keep your mind and options open!)
Paradigm of Purposeful PLAY
“What we would like for you to realize most thru this spectacular summer event is that your only purpose is to breed joy. Your mission has always been to first, rise up to meet joy, to embody joy, and finally, to find ways to embrace and engage those things that bring you ultimate joy.” -PHC
I realize how cliche those lyrical Pleiadian prose sound, but its important to understand the perspective shift that we must undergo in order to truly utilize the 5D energies and enlightened technologies that are now available for us to play with.
Most of us (starseeds) came to this 3d dimensional earth plane from other worlds, other dimensions, other constellations and galaxies, each with different “jobs” to do for the planet while making our personal and painstaking climb thru the dense dimensions of the lower form world to arrive at our destination vibration. What the PHC want us to realize now is that we are no longer serving the greater plan from this 3D mindset.
We are beginning to operate within an integrated head/heart paradigm which requires a shift in perspective with regard to how we value ourselves. This 5th dimensional way of being asks us to answer a very important question, one that determines our readiness to lead:
Is who you are enough?
(And while I would love to take the credit for that poignant question, it was actually my sister Kim who nailed it in a recent blog article…one that has been ringing in my ears ever since.) We are now moving beyond the frequency shield of 3D which means we are required to leave behind the need to “DO” in order to feel valued. We are entering into the harmonious state of existence where all doing comes from a place of WANT TO and not HAVE TO. A subtle, but profound shift.
As we come to terms with how we truly value ourselves and consciously release the heaviness of obligation and feelings of unworthiness (with the help of the upcoming Lunar eclipse) we will become much lighter and enter more fully into what I like to call the “paradigm of purposeful PLAY”…where our passion, purpose and potential will be a direct reflection of our true LIGHTness of being…because ultimately, if we are not en-joy-ing ourselves, we are not whole-HEARTedly contributing to the new timeline where “work” does not exist.
The value of purpose as something we “DO” is a necessary construct in a separated mindset (duality) because it provides us with the ability to project our worthiness onto an external “thing” in order to know it, to see it, to feel it. In the lower dimensions it is useful to project our perceived value onto the canvas of our lives so that we can recognize it and reabsorb, or integrate it…but now that we are becoming soul-infused, co-creation becomes about PLAY, about expressing our uniqueness in all that we do simply by being who we are and doing everything and only that which brings us joy.

The unseens reiterate that at the highest level, the purpose of a soul incarnate experience is to realize itself in form and to express its uniqueness through that which elicits joy. Our self-promoted purpose, or new J-O-B is to learn how to effectuate change by living freely & playfully as incarnated masters of light by reclaiming our birthright to simply exist and create. There is no longer any separation between who we are and what we do. Who we are IS what we do now, and as we become a living authentic, empowered expression of self, we simultaneously shift from (3D) human DOings to the (5D) human BEings we were always meant to BE!
I don’t know any greater freedom than that.
Keeping Our Flame Lit
“We reiterate that you are only required to follow the inner guide within each of you that is coming forth now to serve you fully. To bring you into an ecstatic state of alignment, an inner harmony that brings heaven to earth.” -Pleiadian High Council
Lastly, the unseens are saying that partly due to this potent eclipse passage and partly due to the upcoming solstice, that we are approaching a level of stabilization that results from moving beyond the 3D frequency field and that enables us to keep our inner flame lit at all times. As we do, we will not only begin to attract the light in others but we will have the ability to alter the dynamic of every situation by harmonizing our energy with those around us thru the radiance of pure love. We are becoming the dominant force of light and those days when we felt outnumbered…dominated by darkness…are over.
There is also a coming a shift in our relationships that will be palpable…relationships of all kinds will begin to restructure and align with the new frequencies which means some will simply fall away and others will be more drawn to us, while some just seem to click into place. The unseens say that the switch will be effortless, but noticeable and that no choices need to be made here…the choices will be made for us by resonance and universal law.

The important thing is to realize that all that interact with you have value. The levels of energy and focus may vary but ultimately even the most negative one can bring forth much needed clarity.
The correct moment would be knowing when to dismiss a negative energy. Often they linger far too long in one’s energy field. Knowing when the lesson is finished and moving on are indeed equally important.
The linear reality offers participation on many different levels. Just as often extremely well matched energies participate with each other bringing great joy.
It is important to maintain these energy connections as they can also give great energy support.

These celestial gateways take us further along the path of transformation initiated in recent years. This summer’s portals in consciousness literally bring us to a crossroads – a turning point for quantum changes in human consciousness. The energy transmissions of these events will provide frequencies that can help each of us move deeper into this new beginning for all of humanity and for planet Earth.
These energies are hastening changes and amping up evolutionary shifts. Were able to download and integrate these new cosmic frequencies to help us move to the next level. Expect Chaos, Divine Love, New Endings and Beginnings
Everything now is reorganizing at a higher level. There will be more chaos, distractions, endings and new beginnings. There will be many new opportunities, new manifestations and openings designed to carry us deeper into the heart of Divine Love.
As we remain awake and aware, infinite possibilities in the quantum field come into view during this time. This is a time to take steps to elevate our consciousness (see steps below). From this higher perspective, we are able to perceive the material world as illusion; it is impermanent and constantly in flux. And the rate of these changes is accelerating. Earth changes and personal upheaval are happening with greater frequency.
It is more important than ever during these times to stay spiritually aligned. Prayer and intent are magnified during these special alignments of Earth and Sun. Hold in awareness that our experience of reality is tied to how well we’re able to move with these changes. Our experience of these events has everything to do with our attitude and perception. Our personal reality is 10% circumstance and 90% our response to it. We can resist change and attempt to hold onto the way things have been but this will only drive us deeper into scenarios we are resisting. Our best option is to see these changes as exciting opportunities and choose to ride the wave.
We can start riding this wave now by learning to channel the downloads we receive during these cosmic portals and use this information to create a new vision for our life and for the world.

One) Each day attune to the flow of creation.
Two) Express gratitude for everything and everyone in your life.
Three) Clear clutter and donate unused items to those in need. Cleanse and clear the energies in your body as well. Undertake a full body cleanse, receive colonics and massage and other body work.
Four) Eliminate the frivolous. Simplify by asking yourself what you really need to feed your soul.
Five) Self-love and self-nurturing is of utmost importance as is caring for loved ones.
Six) Grounding and centering is very important at this time. Eat fresh, unprocessed foods, especially root vegetables and dark leafy greens. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables will help ground you to the earth. Spend time outdoors in nature.
Seven) Focus on love and abundance and observe how your experience of it multiplies.
